“I have personally experienced the transformative nature of coaching, as a coach and a client, and I believe in the process. My vision is to change the world leader by leader, while applying the conviction that we have the ability to make things better.
I am a certified coach from Hudson Institute, one of the oldest and most well respected accredited coach training programs and a member of the International Coaching Federation. I’m also certified in EQ in Action a powerful emotional intelligence tool and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. I operate to a high standard of ethics and professional conduct and am committed to my own continued self-development, as well as yours.”
I understand the difficulties facing business leaders today where previous methods of success no longer work. I offer a wealth of insight from 25+ years of diverse leadership. I have been fortunate to provide leadership as Chief Information Officer for a global High Tech company, a VP of technology for an insurance carrier, co-founder of a non-profit start up, public sector independent consultant, and a defense contractor project manager. I bring deep experience in implementing changes of all types and can teach you how to employ program management, change management, teamwork and alignment/accountability to accomplish goals, and bring about bottom line business results. Collectively, I have been involved with hundreds of successful change efforts.
My friends and work acquaintances know me as someone with a high level of integrity and I have found that most people are comfortable sharing personal aspects of their lives and careers. I hope we have the opportunity to work together.
I am a native Arizonian, married with two adult children and part of a large extended family. One of the things I adore about my family is that we play games. We have fun with board games, card games, sporting contests and just about anything where there is some form of competition and laughter.
I am an outdoor person and three of my favorite hobbies are skiing, hiking and scuba diving. I enjoy travel and the opportunity to experience new cultures and approaches. I love to meet people and learn their stories. I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to do the work that brings me alive – having conversations that matter and helping others create their best future.
